BIANCO
Produced in Castiglione di Sicilia in the Piano Filici district with Carricante and Catarratto Lucido grapes.
Carricante is the supporting structure of this wine with a presence of 80%, it gives great acidity and consequently great longevity to the wine.
Catarratto, in its "Lucido" version, is present for 20% e with its personality and character, it enriches the aromatic profile of the wine making it elegant and decisive.
After careful selection, the grapes are crushed and destemmed and cryomaceration is carried out to extract the color e enrich the aromatic profile.
At the end of fermentation, the wine initially ages in steel and then in the bottle for at least 6 months.
The color reflects the characteristics of a ETNA DOC Bianco, enriched by an intensity given by cryomaceration.
